Gift Voucher FAQ's

How long are the vouchers valid for?

All Picnic vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Recipients can redeem them anytime within this period.

How much notice is required to book a picnic using a voucher?

We require at least 1 week’s notice to prepare and secure your preferred date. Early booking is recommended during weekends and peak seasons.

Which locations are included in the voucher price?

All voucher prices include any setup within Limassol or Larnaca at no additional cost.
Picnics can be arranged in Paphos or Nicosia with an additional travel fee, which is quoted during booking depending on the exact location.

Can I upgrade my experience when redeeming the voucher?

Yes, recipients can add extras, personalise décor or upgrade elements of their experience. Any price difference can be paid at the time of booking.
